Daredevil Points Out Captain America's Obvious Weakness

Marvel's Captain America may be the leader of the punishers and Earth's most notorious superhero, but Daredevil knows his egregious weakness- and proves he can beat Steve Rogers in a fight every time. Matt Murdock may operate in the same" road- position" realm that allows for minimum operation of superpowers, but his capacities give him a supreme advantage in a fight. In Daredevil# 5, he proves that point when he fluently negates Captain America's primary armament his guard.

Daredevil, unlike the vast maturity of other superheroes in the Marvel Universe, has no raised strength, speed or dexterity( and he's just as susceptible to pellets as any other mortal). He does, still, have a set of incredibly enhanced senses that allow him to hear sounds megacity blocks down, smell scents that normal humans can not, and an increased sense of touch that indeed allows him to read regular books( by feeling the essay of the letters on the paper). It's these senses that allow him to fight culprits without seeing them; combined with his ninja training from the Hand, he can indeed appear to prognosticate his opponents' moves.

In Daredevil# 5, written by Chip Zdarsky with art by Marco Checchetto, Daredevil instigates a captivity break, egging John Walker( more known as US Agent) to respond. After Daredevil shuts off the lights, granting him the advantage against Walker and his men, only US Agent remains to attack the Man Without Fear. He tells US Agent that it's relatively delicate to skim his binary clubs off walls to attack adversaries; the armament generally flies in arbitrary directions." But a guard? A slice? That is incredibly easy." Daredevil is right Captain America's guard is his own weakness.

Daredevil Can Predict Captain America's Shield's Every Move

Captain America constantly uses his guard as an obnoxious armament, throwing it against his adversaries, but also against walls and other obstacles. He indeed bounces the guard off multiple shells( and Marvel retroactively granted him the power ofsuper-geometry chops to explain how he manages to throw such a armament with similar perfection). But Daredevil, with his enhanced sense of hail, can fluently prognosticate exactly where the guard will be at any given time; he can dodge it painlessly.

In a fight between Captain America and Daredevil, Matt Murdock would fluently win. Captain America may havesuper-strength and dexterity, but he can not see in the dark nor hear any better than the average mortal, granting Matt Murdock a clear advantage in battle. Indeed though Captain America was the product of the cutting edge of wisdom, hissuper-strength and continuity can not survive against Daredevil's capability to read his every move- or rather, hear his every move, especially when Rogers' guard is concerned.
