Is MODOK Working For Kang In Quantumania?

Ant- Man and the Wasp Quantumania caravan footage appears to show MODOK working for Kang the Conqueror, but his true constancy remains murky.

MODOK

Phase 5's Ant- Man and the Wasp Quantumania will eventually introduce the iconic supervillain MODOK to the Marvel Cinematic Universe, potentially as a henchman of Jonathan Majors' Kang the

Conqueror. Campers for Ant- Man and the Wasp Quantumania putatively show MODOK working with Kang when Ant- Man and his musketeers find themselves trapped in the Quantum Realm. While MODOK's interests may temporarily align with those of Kang the Conqueror during the events of Quantumania, still, those familiar with the supervillain's ridiculous book origins should know he's likely motivated by tone- interest in some way.

While Ant- Man and the Wasp Quantumania's MODOK design has entered review, the general tone for his appearance is one of excitement due to MODOK's status as one of Marvel Comics' most intriguing supervillains. MODOK was formerly a scientist named George Tarleton, who worked for AIM, Advanced Idea Mechanics. After performing trials on himself to increase his internal capacity, Tarleton grossly disfigured his body, getting a giant head enhanced with cybernetics, and espoused the name MODOK, which stands for Mechanized Organism Designed Only for Payoff. Since that time, MODOK has climbed the supervillain ranks to come one of Marvel's most recognizable antagonists, making his live- action debut in the MCU ineluctable.

MODOK May Only Be Serving Kang To Get Revenge On Ant-Man

Altering the character's ridiculous origin, Corey Stoll portrays MODOK in Ant- Man & The Wasp Quantumania. It isn't George Tarleton but Darren Cross, the unlawful Yellowjacket from the original Ant- Man movie, who becomes MODOK in the MCU. Given this new origin, MODOK will easily have a vendetta against Ant- Man, the man who defeated him by tampering with his Yellowjacket suit. Quantumania campers reveal Scott Lang's conduct didn't kill Cross, but supposedly caused him to gosub-atomic and come trapped in the Quantum Realm. caravan footage also explosively suggests MODOK set up work under Kang's employ, since the former Yellowjacket is shown steering his master's new guests around.

While it's unclear how Yellowjacket survived to come MODOK in Quantumania, he has easily come disfigured by his experience in the Quantum Realm, as substantiated by his appearance in the MCU. MODOK's new look has probably added to his abomination of Scott Lang, maybe leading Cross to align himself with Kang the Conqueror in an trouble to eventually get vengeance against his old nemesis. MODOK is clearly not a forgiving man and will league himself with just about anyone if it means getting vengeance against those who have wronged him. Once that need has been fulfilled, it's largely doubtful that MODOK will remain pious to Kang.

Who MODOK Might Really Be Working With

Although the film's promotional material is clear that Kang will be the main villain of Quantumania, MODOK might actually be serving an entirely different cause during the events of the movie. As comics compendiums know, MODOK is veritably infrequently subservient to other supervillains, but rather prefers to either work singly or as the head of a platoon. Accessibly, the Marvel Cinematic Universe introduced one of MODOK's most recognizable faithfulness, the unlawful association known as the Intelligencia, in She- gawk Attorney at Law only months before his debut. It's largely likely that, despite his temporary service to Kang the Conqueror, MODOK will eventually end up working with the Intelligencia.

Contrary to the events of She- gawk, the Intelligencia may not be finished in the MCU, especially since its author, the Leader, is set to make his return in 2024's Captain America New World Order. Whether he has been working with this group in the murk from the very morning or will be signed at some point in his forthcoming appearance, MODOK is impeccably suited to help the Intelligencia come an punishers- position trouble. Anyhow of his true constancy, still, MODOK will clearly be an intriguing character to watch during the events of Ant- Man and the Wasp Quantumania.
